Refund policy

 

Each product is made to order, therefore we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges. In the rare event that you believe you are sent the incorrect product or size please email us at Piperbluepawtique@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery date so that we can fix this for you.

 

Dog Buckle Warranty:

We do stand behind the strength of our collar’s hardware. However, in the rare event that a buckle breaks, don’t fret, we got you covered!

The dog collar buckle is under warranty for 180 days after the delivery date. This only refers to the buckle actually breaking(not cosmetic wear and tear). A photo of this must be emailed to us at piperbluepawtique@gmail.com. Once documentation is received, we will send out a replacement collar of the same size, design, and hardware color that was previously purchased. We are unable to make any different design modifications to the replacement collar.

**Exclusions:

  1. Cosmetic wear and tear of metal hardware - such as scratching or chipping; is not included under warranty, as this is an expected occurrence
  2. This warranty does not include wear and tear or disruptions to the collar’s fabric; including but not limited to - fraying, fading, or staining.

Cat Charm Warranty:

We do use industrial grade glue on the hooks of our resin charms, but in the extremely rare event that your charm breaks in any way on it’s own(this does not include your cat chewing on the charm, playing with it, etc.), please send me a message within 30 days from your order’s delivery and I will send a replacement charm out to you on the next shipping day! Beyond this 30 day timeframe, I unfortunately no longer offer complimentary replacements.
